Today is an "operational day" because of the C.U.P.E. strike. In case it continues, I will be sending home Music activities that you can do. Please let me know if you need any assistance. You can message me through the "Contact" page. Hello, everybody!
It's that time of year when classes begin to wind down. We do a lot of review of the year's learning, and we wrap up things that we are still working on. In Gr. 1-5 Music classes, I'm going to be taking the kids outdoors as much as possible. I'd like to take advantage of the warmer weather to do something that has been difficult for us indoors during the year: playing singing games. We will also do some sing-alongs in class because we have been singing far less than usual. Some classes have some indoor learning that we will wrap up very soon. K-Estey & K-McIntyre Today we will play a singing game with vocal solos. 1-Doiron, 2-McCarthy, 3-Nolan, & 3/4-Clark Today, weather permitting, we will play a singing game outdoors. 4-Estey Today, we will wrap up a body percussion activity and, if time, have a sing-along. 5-Cormier & 5FI-Skinner Today, weather permitting, we will play a singing game outdoors.
